dc.descriptionThe Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Lung (FACT-L) Questionnaire, which consists from Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy - General (FACT-G), and nine item Additional Concern represent the Lung Cancer Subscale (LCS). Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy - General (FACT-G) consider the basic of all types of FACT questionnaires. The FACT-L questionnaire includes 36 questions rated on 5-point scale, ranging from 0= not at all, to 4= very much. The FACT-L measures five subscales: Physical well-being (PWB); social well-being (SWB); emotional well-being (EWB); functional well-being (FWB); and lung cancer (LCS) subscales items. The lung cancer subscale mainly questions cancer related symptoms and regret of smoking.en_US
