Readiness Interprofessional Learning Scale (RILS)

The Readiness Interprofessional Learning Scale (RILS) is designed to measure the attitudes of health professionals towards inter-professional learning. The original scale has three factors with 19 items that range on a Likert scale of 1-5 (Strongly Disagree-Strongly Agree). The internal consistency is reported to have a Cronbach's alpha of 0.90. There are 9 teamwork and collaboration items(Cronbach's alpha: 0.88), 7 professional identity items (0.63), and 3 professional roles and responsibility items (0.32). *The scale we received has 18 items.
