Towards An Immersed Interface Solver for Incompressible Interface Multiphase Flows with Discontinuous Viscosity in Three Dimension Space

An interface separating dissimilar fluids introduces a singular force. Using vesicles as motivation this thesis investigates a numerical method needed to solve stokes flow for three dimensional multiphase systems with an incompressible membrane. The jumps in pressure and velocity are developed. The solver based on immersed interface method, is validated using a new test case.
